How I work.

The same four steps whether it's a new module or a slow query in production.

  1. 01

    Understand

    Pin down the problem, the users and the constraints before writing code.

  2. 02

    Design

    Shape the data model and API contract first, so frontend and backend can move in parallel.

  3. 03

    Build

    Ship in small, reviewed increments with tests on the parts that carry money or data.

  4. 04

    Operate

    Deploy through CI/CD, watch it in production, and fix the slow paths that real traffic exposes.
